The Northcap University in collaboration with 9.9 Education is launching the School of Leadership-an initiative that promises to be unique and transformational so far as young professionals with a minimum of two years of work experience are concerned. The aim is to develop individuals with leadership skills that are especially relevant in the 21st century.
The one year Post Graduate Diploma in Management and Leadership is divided into 3 broad tracks-
• Mastering Strategy and Digital Transformation

• Communication, Thinking and Leadership

Another unique aspect of this programme is the Capstone Consulting Project-an intensive two month engagement with a consulting firm on a live project-industry exposure at its very best!
