The Flying Elephant is a celebration of senses in a culinary theater that offers an array of experiences in a one of a kind vertical dining destination. A celebration of flavors, aromas and design, it offers diners in the country an avant garde multisensory experience. The first of its kind in the country, it offers diners the flexibility of experience and cuisine from a selection of global gastronomies that originate from the kitchens of gourmands & gourmets of countries across the world.

An architectural masterpiece, spanning over seven levels, is designed to invoke a theatrical indulgence. The Flying Elephant, designed by acclaimed international designer, George Wong offers a unique dining experience. The five live kitchens feature Indian, Turkish, Teppan, Western & a taste of Southeast Asian styles of cooking and you can order from any of our live kitchens to anywhere in the restaurant. The cusines include- Middle Eastern, Southeast Asian, North Indian, Italian & Western.

Weaving a mesmerizing journey through its carefully choreographed and engaging service, it offers a truly unique and arresting atmospheric ambience whilst simulating a total sensory engagement. The music is carefully curated to represent The Flying Elephant’s respect for pop culture and history. Early evening tunes pay tribute to the days of Motown and Classic pop, a throwback to the days of Studio 54 keeps the energy alive through dinner while Pop and Rock from the 80’s and 90’s help kick off the party. A resident DJ ensures the Elephant keeps flying on most nights.

With clearly demarcated zones representing authentic culinary delights from the various restaurants, all housed within The Flying Elephant, we bring to you various restaurant like experiences. A Sunday style relaxed bonhomie is what is heartwarming at our Sunday Social. The Flying Elephant comes alive as a vibrant social space with an array of food choices. Taking advantage of the architectural structure of the restaurant being widely spread out, every direction has a conceptual food counter, with typical culinary offerings from regional restaurants.
