"Suggestion regarding improvement of Smart City proposal"

The Smart City proposal of Aligarh city is being uploaded here. The concerned citizens are being humbly requested to go through the various contours of the development plans therein. The proposal broadly consists of retrofitting of Achal Sarovar and surrounding areas as well as various pan city initiatives. These innitiatives cover internet connectivity, Integrated Trafic Management system (ITMS) and solid waste management.
The interested citizens are expected to give suggestions regrading the improvement of workability of the peoposal. Improving workability includes the various agreement, MoUs and other processes which enable us to be better placed in terms of readiness for the implementation at the field level as soon as the government shows the green signal.
The suggestions invited hereby should not be very generalised and these should also not be of the nature which basically alter the various initiatives.
Relevant suggestions regarding improvement of workability are being invited humbly here.
