SARATHI Development Foundation is a professionally managed development organization registered under Societies Registration Act and engaged in development services both at micro and micro level since 1998. Over a decade, it has evolved its role as technical resource support and grassroots facilitation organization while working with communities and a range of donor agencies including UNICEF, International Labour Organization, World Bank, Government, International NGOs and other civil society Organization in northern region of India. Our existence and role are rooted in grassroots realities and opportunities to work for overall development of people in rural and urban areas.

Impact to Date:
- Reached 1692 villages and 400 slums to generate impact on social indicators especially related to women, adolescent girls and children.
- Designed and Implemented integrated community based model focused women, adolescent girls and children friendly development indicators.
-278000 families are benefitted on health, nutrition, education, water & sanitation indicators.
- More than 20,000 service delivery issues related to education, health, water are addressed through red alert system in short span of 2 years.
- 8000 volunteers, 2482 women forums, 1964 AGGs, 1236 women thrift and credit groups are established to sustain the impact.
- Provided training and field support to more than 70,000 community, PRIs, NGOs, government and development functionaries.
- 105 Community Based Trainers were oriented to provide support in training.
