Positive Psychology Symposium- Lady Shri Ram College for Women 2.75

The Symposium aims at expanding the current knowledge of students and academicians and understanding the applicability of the principles of positive psychology in daily lives. The symposium shall aim at establishing an understanding of positive psychology constructs such as Hope, Resilience, Gratitude, Forgiveness and Interpersonal relationships. Through the symposium we aim at bringing together individuals from different walks of life to share their stories and look at them from the lens of positive psychology. We also aim at discerning the importance of employing constructs of positive psychology in our day-to-day interactions and thereby improve the quality of life.
