Panchayat Degree College 4.02

Panchayat College is a State Government Lead College Accredited with “B+” Grade by NAAC & regarded as an important college of western Odisha & comes under the jurisdiction of Sambalpur University.The college was inaugurated by Utkal Kesari Dr. Hare Krushna Mahatab,the x-chief minister of Odisha.

There are streams like arts,science & commerce offered by the college both for Under-Graduate (BA,BSC,BCOM) & Post-Graduate (MA, MSC, MCOM) including departments Physics, Chem., Botany, Zoology, Math, Odia, English, Sanskrit., Economics, Political Science, History, Philosophy and Logic, Hindi, Education, Psychology.

Teacher-student ratio for each of the programme/course offered for Arts – 1 : 64, Science – 1 : 40, Commerce – 1 : 135

Including facilities like NCC, NSS , library, hostels for both boys & girls.
