COURSES

What are our Music Programs all about?

The idea is to develop musicians and not just instrumentalists. So we have designed a curriculum to do just that. The Octavium course content is built around Contemporary Music. Our methodology is new age, fun based and engaging while addressing both breadth and depth in development. Thought, knowledge, experience & technology come together to ensure & enhance the efficacy of our courses.

Our Contemporary programs for Guitar | Drums | Keyboards follow a level based curriculum. Our mentors progressively assess the readiness of the student to move to the next level. No specific assessments or tests are conducted for this. We believe music learning should be free from any stress.

In addition, we also offer
Classical Piano
For 6 to 8yr Olds: Fun Keys (Keyboard)
Vocal programs: Hindustani Classical | Western
Specialisation programs: Western Classical Guitar | Electric Bass
Customised programs: For instrument & voice, based on requirement & viability

Our students attend learning sessions once a week and are encouraged to attend workshops and concerts which are held at Octavium regularly. In-class recitals, auditions, solo & band recitals by our students help build confidence and musicality.

We also have a little music store that stocks guitars, keyboards, drums and accessories, and we procure anything specific that you may require. The store has been set up primarily for the convenience of our students but we welcome anyone who’d like to browse, try or buy.
