Terracotta customization orders would require minimum of two weeks time for dispatch from the date of order based on the complexity of the design.

Shipping charges extra and varies based on the location and the carrier.

Offers not applicable for customization orders.

Orders are confirmed only after receiving payment.

Only online payments are accepted. No COD.

Colours of the product may slightly vary due to photographic effect.

No returns/exchange for terracotta jewellery.

Sarees can be exchanged within 3 days after receiving the item, only in case of damage.

Any enquiries posted during operating hours (10am to 9pm, Mon to Sat) would be replied within an hour and those posted during non-operating hours would be replied the next working day.
