Murugan Foundation is a non-profit organization registered as a Trust in Tamilnadu, India on 14th August 2013. The Murugan Foundation was formed by one disabled person with an intension to help the other otherwise abled person. Our focus is helping otherwise abled people in different part of India in Education, Careers, Technology, Healthcare, Internet, Medical & Public Awareness and we are mainly concentrating on Employement for the street beggars who are otherwise abled people.
Murugan Foundation is primarily concentrating on Look At Us Project for the otherwise abled people.
Since its inception , the Murugan Foundation has working to support the underprivileged and otherwise able people in society and enrich their lives.

We started MURUGAN FOUNDATION organization with the belief that nobody on this planet will suffer with any disability and we are committed to work for this good cause to make it true.

If you are between jobs, IT professional who would like to contribute to the society, a student on vacation, a pensioner, a housewife or if your organization promotes or supports voluntary work you could look at helping Murugan Foundation achieve the goal of getting every otherwise person getting employeed and living there life with love and joy. Volunteers need not have any prior experience and just need to love otherwise able people and believe that they can make a difference in the society and in country, they are all awesome poeple on this planet.

Volunteers Info :
Volunteers are the pillars for Murugan Foundation. We need as many volunteers as possible to take up more and more activities on behalf of Murugan Foundation. Following are some guidelines, and we have a list of Frequently Asked Questions.
1. Volunteering is a dedicated job at Murugan Foundation. If you have social commitment and willing to help people who are in need, you are the one we need.
2. We need volunteers in various fields, Education, Medical, for Emergency situations or simply for creating awareness. If you are willing to volunteer, we take all the details about you, and keep your profile with us. You will be asked to take up programs with in your specialised and interested areas. But, irrespective of your specialized skills, you can always do something when somebody is in need. If you cannot help somebody directly, then, you must refer the problem to your regional co-ordinator or a board member in your reachable area, who can take care of the situation.
3. One of your major tasks is to oversee the growth and progress after helping a person in need. More than financial help, your moral help, support and timely advice works really great for them. After you help somebody, make sure you are reachable to them, and try to be in touch with them until the person in need can stand on his/her feet.
4. Your biggest task is to create awareness about charity, help and social responsibility. Every human being can help others if they find the right situation, environment and get an opportunity to help. Your responsibility is to create such environment and explain people how they can help.
5. Murugan Foundation voluneers must keep their personal beliefs such as Religion, Caste, Community etc. to themselves and should be respectable to others personal beliefs. Volunteers should be willing to work with anybody in any communitity without prejudice.
Involvement of Volunteers Volunteers at Murugan Foundation looking to get involved in varied ways.
i. Help at medical camps for otherwise abled people
ii Identify the needy & take ownership of Murugan Foundation Projects/Programs
iii. Assist in teaching otherwise abled people
iv. Mentor children
v. Take Free Classes
vi. Help at the art class and in other programs
vii. Collect and donate materials for Murugan Foundation
viii. Conduct Classes, workshops, Training Classes
ix. Make worksheets and other educational aids
x Organize special events for the children
xi. Assist with administrative tasks in the office
xii. Create Collaterals, Content, Graphics & Information for NGOs.
