This is one of the location where Kumbh Mela use to take place after every 12 Years( the rest of the years Kumbh Mela takes place in three of the Jyotirlingas Tryambakeshwar, Kashivishweshwar and Haridwar )This is one of the Holiest place of Lord Shiva.
