IEEE Student Branch CEK 2.81

">The IEEE Student Branch (STB 03951), College of Engineering Karunagappally (CEK) came into existence on 11th September 2000. IEEE SB CEK Is one of the oldest student branch in Kerala section and 4th Branch in Travancore Hub after CET , TKMCE, And CEA IEEE SB CEK start working on 11th september 2000. It is very active during the starting time. The SB become inactive in 2003. By the guidelines of new counselor, Deepa VS (Dept of ECE) the SB reopened in 2008. But the No. of members declined every year . In 2010 Jyothi L from the Dept of CSE become branch counselor. In 2014 Raju M (Dept. Of EEE) become SB Counselor. Dedication and hardwork of our new counselor SB become active. Today IEEE SB CEK is one of the vibrant student branch in Kerala Section. Now IEEE SB CEK have a membership strength more than 100. With 3 faculty members from diffrent branches. RAJU M(Counselor IEEE SB CE) , DEEPA AK(Advisor IEEE WIE CEK), JYOTHY L(Avisor IEEEComputer Society CEK).
