">Executive - Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) Program is designed for mid-dle and senior working professionals, and entrepreneurs. These executives represent a group that is most difficult to manage and retain because not enough efforts are put to develop them.

This Program addresses the needs and aspirations of those working execu-tives who aspire to be at the next level of management & leadership roles. The Program enhances the partici-pants’ managerial and functional com-petencies by enabling them to de-velop frameworks to comprehend contemporary management practices/recent developments across domains.

The participants are engaged for 15 months of which 12 months are de-voted to coursework, followed by three months of dissertation. Four weeks of the coursework is an Interna-tional Immersion component that en-ables students to attend a business school of global repute in Europe/North America/ Philippines). Partici-pants attend lectures and undertake course work at the collaborating insti-tution, visit industries, interact with business leaders, attend workshops and explore various business opportu-nities.

Courses will be delivered by a select group of faculty drawn from the best B-Schools around the world. Through a judicious mix of faculty from inter-national and top Indian B-Schools, IILM strives to bring together the best in management theory and practice. Keeping the needs of working execu-tives in mind, the Ex-PGDM is de-signed in a flexible delivery format.
