Actinnovision – The nomenclature itself defines our standards- Action, Innovation and Vision.

Actinnovision is the brain child of young, enthusiastic, exuberant minds, whose ingenious ideas pioneered with hands on experience made its clients realize their dreams of never before family experience at social events.

We provide extra-ordinary, out of the world experience in plethora of territories like event management, wedding planning and advertising. Be it identifying the vacuum of elegance and class or accomplishing a thriving event on time, we maintain creativity par excellence and never compromise on quality.

This ideology is reflected in our logo comprising of an orange dot linking to blue dots encompassed in a triangle. The two blue dots represent our clients and vendors and the orange one is an Actinnovision executive connecting the two while facilitating both of them.

Ever since the inception, we began our crusade for creating an amazing journey, where our team planned, coordinated and executed some of the most sought after events in the region, whilst keeping every aspect in mind – right from venue selection, invitations, catering, musicians, entertainers, artist management, photography etc.


Way We Work
The conscientious efforts of pioneers of Actinnovision Jay Bhatnagar and Himanshu Bhatnagar made it grow from egg and embryo form to a full fledged organisation.

Jay Bhatnagar a management graduate, wanted to be his own boss. In BNPG college he showed concerted efforts to stand out among his peers and gradually served as media secretary. He demonstrated leadership qualities, organisational skills and team work, both while his tenure as a student as well as a professional . “I was schakled in arrangements and chores during my sister’s marriage and couldn’t enjoy a bit of it. I was an absentee though being physically present. This anecdote ignited the spark and led to the formation of Actinnovision .” recalls Jay

After extensive research in media and event line he founded Actinnovision Media Pvt. Ltd with a few adroit people with an objective to provide quality services in event , media and advertisement. He has been a stickler for creativity and innovation. With excellent interpersonal skills he carved a niche for himself in the field media and advertising.

Himanshu Bhatnagar an “ICON OF MEWAR” awardee for increasing ad revenue for Rajasthan Patrika in the year 2012-13, is the strongest pillar of Actinnovision Media Pvt. Ltd. An organised enthusiast, he has a hands on experience in the field of media marketing and advertisement. His belief in novel and pragmatic approaches, has been instrumental in establishing AMPL on media and event horizon of Udaipur. His penchant for independent thinking coupled with exemplary business acumen led Actinnovision to succeed in its endeavours.
