All of us are social beings coming across problems each day and that necessitates the development of solutions. Science and technology has been the backbone of our evolution into a civilized society. India is no alien to issues of power, roads and public health among many others. In this regard, innovative bright minds of our nation will have to become pivotal to change.


Talking of youth and society, Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishat (ABVP) has a rich history of being at the forefront of change. Srishti, which is a competition for exchange of ideas, has been a celebration of science. It has provided a platform for exchange of ideas, ideas that have the intent and power to solve key issues that plague our country.

Srishti is stepping into its 14th year, and hopes to continue its efforts of bringing engineering projects out of academic walls. It wants to build a bridge between innovation and industry which would help students and the professional world meet the other.
