I help my clients to use their brains, minds and bodies to resume a more balanced way of regulating their autonomous nervous system, which may have become overwhelmed and dysregulated by challenging events and changing life circumstances. This often allows them to obtain relief from anxiety, depression, minor and major trauma, and pain, and to develop their psyche's innate ability to heal.
