Kaleidoscope - קליידוסקופ - المشكال 2.36

Founded on research conducted world-wide, the mission of Kaleidoscope, the educational approach developed by The Rosh Pina Mainstreaming Network, is to promote the development of social and emotional skills that help educators, students and parents to develop respect for diversity, pro-social behaviors and appreciation for their role as active citizens of the State of Israel. Kaleidoscope programming for early childhood through high school, is implemented in Jewish and Arab communities throughout Israel, where it joins together different population sectors, such as new immigrants and native Israelis, special education students and general education students, Arabs and Jews, religious students and secular students, in experiential social skill building workshops and interactive student workshops.
גישת קליידוסקופ היא הגישה החינוכית שפותחה על ידי עמותת ראש פינה למען השילוב. הגישה פותחה בהתבסס על מחקרים שנערכו ברחבי העולם. מטרת גישת קליידוסקופ היא לקדם את הפיתוח של כישורים חברתיים ורגשיים שמסייעים למחנכים, לתלמידים ולהורים לפתח כבוד לגיוון ולרב-תרבותיות וכך לחזק את זהותם כאזרחים פעילים במדינת ישראל. תוכניות קלידוסקופ פועלות מגני הילדים ועד בית הספר בתיכון, התוכניות מיושמות בקהילות יהודיות וערביות ברחבי הארץ, ומשלבות בין מגזרי אוכלוסייה שונים כגון: עולים חדשים וילידי ארץ, תלמידי חינוך מיוחד וחינוך רגיל, דתיים וחילונים. התוכניות משלבות מפגשים וסדנאות חווייתיים ומגוונים בהן לומדים ומתנסים במיומנויות חברתיות ומפתחים כישוריים חברתיים.
