תא גשר-
כשמנו כן אנחנו, אנו רואים בגשר את האמצעי אשר ביכולתו לחבר בין כולם. כמו הגשר אשר שואב את כוחו ויציבותו משתי הגדות אשר הוא מחובר אליהם, כך אנחנו שואבים את כוחנו מכל הגדות שאנו מורכבים מהן.
בקמפוס המיוחד שלנו בבר-אילן, התקבצו להם מגוון עצום ומייצג של כלל החברה הישראלית. נשים וגברים, דתיים ושאינם דתיים, יהודים וערבים, צברים ועולים חדשים, ימנים ושמאלנים, חרדים, רוסים , אתיופים, ואנשים עם מוגבלויות. שלל גוונים וצבעים, כל אחד ותכונתו הוא, כל אחד וייחודו הוא. אך מטרה אחת לכולנו- באנו הנה כדי לרכוש השכלה ברמה הגבוהה ביותר, כדי שנוכל לצאת חזרה אל החברה הישראלית, לפתח אותה ולהתפתח ביחד עמה, על מנת ליצור פה מציאות טובה יותר.
משימתנו בתא גשר היא לקחת את הפוטנציאל הגלום בכל אחד מחלקי האוכלוסייה בקמפוס, ולשזור אותו ביחד עם חבריו, כדי ליצור רקמה אנושית, חיה, תוססת, פעילה ושמחה. לכן קיבצנו לתא שלנו נציגים מובילים מכל שכבות האוכלוסייה, כדי לתת את המענה הטוב ביותר לכל אחד ואחת. אנו בטוחים שבכוחנו לעשות כן ולהצליח.
אנחנו רואים באגודת הסטודנטים את הגוף אשר משלים את הצד האקדמי, בתהליך שעובר על הסטודנט. לדעתנו אין להפריד את חיי החברה ואת הלימודים עצמם, ברצוננו לפתח ולשפר את המצב הקיים ע"י קיום שלל פעילויות המותאמות לכולם, ונתינת שירותים לכל דורש.
בנוסף אנו רואים באגודה את הגוף המייצג, והמגן על הסטודנט אל מול המערכת. כשאנשים אשר חווים בעצמם את אותן הבעיות (מילואים, לידות, בעיות במעונות) אנחנו בטוחים שנצליח להביא לפתרון הטוב ביותר לכל סטודנט באשר הוא, כי בנפשנו היא!

Gesher club:

Gesher in Hebrew means "bridge." Like a bridge is designed to connect two areas, so too our goal is to be the bridge all students from all different paths of life.
On the Bar-Ilan campus, we have a wide variety of students: Men and Women; Religious and Non-religious; Jews and Arabs: New Immigrants: Right-Wingers and Leftists: Ultra-Orthodox: Russians: Ethiopians; and people with disabilities. We are a diverse campus, yet each student is unique. But, we all have one thing in common: We all came to Bar-Ilan to learn, so that we can go out into the world and improve the situation, wherever we may end up. Our mission in the Gesher Club is to incorporate each group's potential and weave it together to build a vibrant, happy, active environment. Therefore, our club is made up of people from different walks of life in order to maximize each group's representation. We are confident that with all of our strengths, we can make this dream a reality!

We believe that the Student Union is supposed to compliment the academic side. We do not think that one can separate between the environment and the studying a student experiences. We hope to improve the current situation by developing activities that cater to everyone and providing necessary services.

Additionally, we believe that the Student Union ought to advocate for the students. As individuals who are themselves experiencing issues (IDF reserves, giving birth, problems in the dorms, harassment, just to name a few), we are sure that we can provide the best solutions because it's just in our souls. We would love for everyone to join forces with us!
