After the class, the feeling of resonation and energy that filled my body stunned me. The flow of postures combined with deep strong breathing rejuvenated my whole being; I began discovering the world of Ashtanga Yoga.
Later I was encouraged to go and try different styles and classes taught by others teachers. I got to know Iyengar Yoga with its emphasis on detail, precision, and alignment in the performance of posture. I opened Vinyasa Flow Yoga with its ever-changing sequence and others styles.
With years, Yoga became much more than just a physical practice to me. Yoga became an everyday act of patience, kindness, and acceptance. It became the way of life. I finally enrolled in 200 hours Yoga Teachers Training in October of 2014 with Samadhi Studio.
With support and guidance of incredible teachers of Samadhi I deepened and expanded my knowledge of asanas, pranayama, mantras, anatomy and yoga philosophy. After 10 months of dedicated work I successfully graduated and am qualified to teach.
I am a firm believer that yoga is for everyone. I want to share my passion for Yoga with you and I will be honored to see you in one of my classes.
