Mara Media, the company that owns the fishing publication "The Skipper" also organise three commercial fishing shows annually; Galway, Aberdeen and Bristol.

The shows, will be held in 2017 as follows;
Skipper Expo Int. Galway on 3rd and 4th of March,
Skipper Expo Int. Aberdeen on 26th and 27th May and
Skipper Expo Int. Bristol on 7th and 8th September.

Aside from attracting fishermen from Ireland, Scotland, England and Wales, the show organisers are also hopeful of attracting fishermen and industry related companies from Northern France, Belgium and Holland.

The company's current shows are firmly established with their Galway show heading into its thirteenth successive year and the show in Aberdeen heading into its seventh year.
