A challenging, low impact, body mind method of exercise, focuses on strengthening the core and elongating musculature.


SD PILATES Philosophy

Our classes are motivational, friendly, welcoming and energetic. We emphasize the contort and development of each client even on a group class Selma make sure everyone gets personal corrections and modifications to accommodate everyone’s needs.

Classes are instructed by Selma Daniel, a STOTT PILATES® trained instructor, Selma also holds a MA in Contemporary Dance, from University of Limerick, Ireland.
With an extensive Dance Career, Selma had experienced Pilates change her way to move and dance, and also had seen her students significantly changed their bodies shapes and posture. (See more about Selma on Selma Daniel page)
