I am a Usui Reiki Master Healer. Attuned to 13 Ascended Masters Reiki to Master Level, Isis Seichim Reiki to Master Level, Eyes of Maoi to Master Level, Silver Violet Flame to Master Level and Four Holy Archangels Reiki.

Towards the end of 2013, I began to look at the area of complementary therapies, without really knowing anything about them. This is when I discovered Reiki.

The Reiki treatments that I received just blew me away and I could not believe how much these treatments helped me and improved my life.

Very soon after this, I realised that I wanted Reiki to play a bigger part in my life. I wanted to be able to help others in the same way I was helped. It was at the beginning of 2014 that I made a decision to become a Reiki Master Healer and so my journey began.

Reiki is an ancient form of energy healing and can benefit most people. The energy involved is the universal energy that surrounds all living things. Reiki is a completely natural technique that stimulates the body's own ability to heal itself. Universal energy is directed through the healer to the client to heal and restore their energy system. Reiki works on all levels, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

I feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to work with clients, to help restore balance and harmony to the mind, body and spirit and promote both physical and emotional wellbeing, which in turn helps us to cope better with the stresses of life.

Reiki can promote feelings of deep relaxation. Whether for healing of a specific issue or general healing to restore energy and balance, Reiki can benefit most people. Many people report from their Reiki experience that it boosts the immune system, relieves pain, produces feeling of profound relaxation, reduces stress and depression, and balances their energy levels so that they feel more energised.

It is a wonderful experience for me to create a warm, peaceful, safe and confidential environment for my clients. The client may expect to experience deep relaxation, sometimes a feeling of heat, cold or tingling sensations as the Reiki works on any energy blockages or imbalance in the body.
