Reform Physiotherapy and Pilates is a Chartered Physiotherapy clinic with a passion for helping you to feel better. Whether in hands-on Physiotherapy sessions, or in Clinical Pilates sessions, we will ensure that you are well educated on your condition and help empower you to manage your condition at home.

In Clinical Pilates, your Physiotherapist will do an initial assessment with everyone who starts. Here they will assess your posture, strength, flexibility and design a program specifically for you. All Pilates classes only have a max of 3 people in each class so you will always be working on your own specific exercise program. This ensures all exercises are done effectively and safely.
