My passion for physical activity, eating well and enjoying the benefits of these practices have helped me undergo my own transformation hence I know what it takes to make permanent lifestyle changes.

I first began weight lifting when I was 15 years of age which has enabled me to learn so much about how to improve our health through proper lifestyle changes.

My main interests include Olympic Lifting and helping individuals achieve their personal goals.

My qualifications include Bachelor of Science. Honors Degree in Health Promotion and Physical Activity from Dundalk Institute of Technology.

I qualified from Active IQ Fitness School in 2012 with:
• Fitness & Gym Instruction
• Advanced Circuit Training
• Advanced Program Design
I continued to achieve certification throughout my degree from Profi Fitness School. These include:
• PFS. Olympic Weight Lifting,
• PFS. Indoor Cycling / Spinning
• PFS. Rip60 and TRX Suspension Training

As well as time spent in other gyms, I worked in D.C.U Laboratories conducting research on the benefits of exercise and proper diet on diabetes patients.As a result, I enjoy working with many different types of clients from different backgrounds and with varying physical abilities.
I am proud to be working at the Fitness Bay since opening in August 2013 and I am looking forward to what the future may bring.
