As mother and daughter we have both been Coeliacs for over 25 years and share a passion for Gluten and Wheat free baking. We are dedicated to food excellence and are aware of the difficulties in finding fresh Gluten free foods. We have a personal approach to our products and have a full understanding of the growing need for such specialty products. We hand bake all our products with the finest and freshest ingredients coming from local suppliers, organic & sustainably produced. Our range is fully approved by the Coeliac Society of Ireland.

We have won a sliver award for our flourless brownies at the
Blas na hEireann awards 2011.
