PTI is a group and personal training facility. We are a CrossFit and Catalyst Athletics affiliated gym. We also provide one to one coaching and Physical Therapy consultations. Whether its weight loss, muscle gain, overall fitness, improving mobility or just wanting to look and feel better we can help you achieve your goals.

Senior Strength&Mobility @ 11:30am. Group training @ 7am,12:30&5:30pm,6:30pm,7:30pm

Thursday:
Senior Strength&Mobility @ 11:30am. Group training @ 7am,12:30&5:30pm,6:30pm,7:30pm.
Friday:
Group training @ 7am,10am,12:30,4:30,5:30&6:30pm
Saturday:
Group training @ 10,11am. Olympic weightlifting @ 12pm
Sunday:
Group training @ 11am and 12pm
