What we do:

We offer personalised treatments combining a number of therapies with proven results to optimise health and wellness. We listen to your needs and develop treatment and lifestyle plans to maximise results and prolong the benefits of your treatments. We treat stress, digestive disorders, IBS, candida, food allergies, headaches and migraine, skin conditions such as acne, eczema and psoriasis, anxiety, depression, panic attacks and muscular pain. We provide advice on diet and nutrition, relaxation techniques and managing stress.

Most importantly we provide excellent aftercare and support through phone or email throughout your nurturing journey.

Therapies include Allergy & Nutritional Testing, Kinesiology, Massage, Indian Head Massage and Ear Candling. We also offer a range of pampering organic facials and Ogra Signature Peat treatments to nurture your body and soul, why? because we believe a little of what you fancy is good for your health

We use only the most natural products available. Where possible, we use organic and locally sourced products. We don't believe in animal testing but we do believe in human testing. We test our products on real people ...... friends, family, clients and fellow therapists.
