Michael J. Power counselling offers Cognitive Behavioural and Integrative therapies for clients suffering with issues such as low self-esteem, trauma, behavioural problems, social phobias, depression etc. I specialise in working with young people aged 12-21 but I also work with adults. I am currently offering clinics in Portlaoise, Naas and Dublin, Monday-Saturday, 9am-7pm.
