MDCARD 1.8

The Student discount card is available for purchase by students currently attending St. Wolstans Community School and Salesian Community College and will entitle the student to a 10% discount in selected businesses and stores around Celbridge for a limited time only. The Card will cost €5 and the student will be issued with a student discount card. The profit made will be donated to Kildare Youth Services. The student discount card will be on sale at lunch time on Tuesday the 12th of May in Salesian College and St. Wolstans Community School.
In order for under 18's to purchase the card they MUST gain consent from their parent/guardian. Consent forms will be available from The Bridge Project on Thursday the 7th of May from 4.30pm-6.30pm. The consent form can then be returned on day of purchasing the card.

Terms and Conditions
-The MDCARD (Student discount card) may only be used by the person whose name is printed on the back of the card.
-The Bridge Project reserves the right to confiscate the card in the case of misuse.
-The Card entitles you to a 10% discount in selected businesses and shops around the Celbridge Area for a limited time only. The expiry date will be printed on the card
No refunds will be given in respect of discount card being purchased.
-The application form must be signed by the student willing to purchase the discount card and the student must obtain consent from his/her parent/guardian in order to purchase the student discount card.
-If the student card is lost or stolen the student must pay a fee of €2.00 for the re-printing of a new card.
