Marcel Soproni is a very skilled chef de cuisine, with over 10 years experience in Gastronomy & the Culinary Arts and have been a chef in restaurants all over Europe, from Ireland all the way to Cyprus. He is grateful to his mentor, the famous Executive Chef & Award Winner, Giovanni Caracciolo, who inspired him and taught him the secrets of cuisine. Marcel has two beautiful kids and a wonderful wife. He is a passionate guy about fishing, tennis, and gardening as well and can speak English, Greek, and Romanian fluently.
