Weight loss/conditioning & strength building sessions that apply to everyday functional fitness. This is a low skill conditioning so anyone from any background can start. Each programme is tailored according to your level of fitness.

I know you want results, I know you want them fast and I know you want to have fun while doing it. My programs are designed to get you to your goals quickly - whether your goals are to lose weight, gain muscle, tone or reshape. Best of all, our sessions are designed for all ages and fitness levels.

You'll get fitter and stronger. We'll get you doing things you never thought you could do.
KiFitness will engage you in a series of training sessions designed to increase core strength and stability, improve cardiovascular health and to tone and tighten the body.
The sessions are physically and mentally challenging and you will feel an enormous sense of achievement when you finish each session!
