Integrated Bodywork and Energy Techniques is a gentle and non invasive treatment that allows the body to relax and unwind, and in doing so creates a deep space for healing. The practitioner decides on the day if the client needs hands on treatment which involves gently placing the hands on different parts of the body and also includes massage. Or the session can be hands off were the practitioner will sit and meditate with the client. Either way the client will receive a deep structural realignment which can treat many types of problems including all types of pain, anxiety, depression and many of the issues that the body can hold because of stress and trauma.
