Fitness 4 Moms 3.21

For a long time clients on maternity leave would ask if I knew of anywhere they could do classes and bring their little ones so Fitness 4 Moms was born. The girls bring their little ones, either in carseats or on crawling mats, tots play or have their snacks and mom gets in a good workout. The girls are finding it great, it is a very relaxed environment so if someone starts roaring no one bats an eyelid...we continue on and they get in a good workout! More classes coming in Jan '14.
