Fast Fitness has a range of classes across Dublin.The classes cater for all fitness types and both male and female and people of all ages. Its a fun energetic way to get fit. The classes target individual goals such as weight loss, body toning, endurance, muscle strength etc.
The classes cost 40 euro for 4 weeks (2 classes per week) works out at 5 euro per class.
Or if you are looking to try it out single sessions for one hour cost 7 euro per class.
The classes range from the mornings: 9-10 (tuesdays and thursdays) and 6-7 (Mondays and Wednesdays)
