Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
I am a Chartered Physiotherapist in Women’s and Men’s Health and a Pilates Instructor. I have recently completed a PhD in the self-management of bladder dysfunction among people with Multiple Sclerosis.
Pelvic health is an expanding area of physiotherapy and I provide pelvic floor rehabilitation for both men and women with issues such as urinary incontinence, prolapse, chronic pelvic pain, groin pain, bowel dysfunction, in addition to post-natal core rehabilitation, scar management and other gynaecological issues.
I am also a Pilates Instructor and provide specialised reformer and mat classes for all levels, and for women during pregnancy and during the post natal period.
