As a practising Counsellor/Psychotherapist I work in all areas of Counselling & mental health. My strongest areas are working with anxiety, panic attacks and post natal depression along with sleep disturbances. Working as a General CBT Counsellor I deal with all types of issues from relationship difficulties, personal development, anger, panic attacks, mindfulness & meditation, crisis pregnancy, to exam stress, interview anxiety (hints, tips & techniques), interpersonal difficulties and so on. My clients are the most important part of therapy & developing their trust and frame of reference is key. I also incorporate both CBT and SFBT when necessary under time and cost constraints. This page is to utilise Facebook as a means of mental health awareness & as a first point of contact from those who are not familiar with the mental health system in Ireland.
