Training in the studio, Donegal Town every Tuesday and Thursday

Our club is open to everyone at any time..

A typical class will incorporate..

Fitness
Strength and conditioning
Flexibility
Padwork
Self defence
Sparring (optional)

For those that are interested in competing we teach full contact, light contact and semi contact (points) fighting disciplines..

We also have a belt structure from white up to black with gradings taking place 1 or 2 times per year..
