A traditional butcher shop that handles meat in a traditional way by hanging whole sides of local beef, pork and lamb appropriately and butchers to offer prime cuts as well as slower cooked pieces. De Búrca also stocks free range chicken and pork. De Búrca's make their own sausages using spice blends developed over years of trial and error by Seán and Sarah.
