Danette Milne, who ran the award-winning 'Danette's Feast' restaurant in Bennekerry for six years, has launched a range of cooking sauces dips and dressings called 'Danette's Magic' . The range includes, tomato and fresh basil, fajita, and carbonarra that can be used fresh or frozen, they can microwaved in the container, and added to cooked meat to provide a quick 'real food' alternative to the imported additive- filled jars available on the market. A range of dips such as Moroccan gold humus, Pesto, Tapenade, Red Onion Marmalade, and dressings; vinaigrette, ranch and curry which are tocked in good food shops in Kilkenny.
