Bernard Lynch of lynchs centra crosshaven is main sponsor and orignal organiser of this event which is going into its 9th year . ulster bank and lucozade sport are the other two sponsors . triathlon challenge : either a team of 3 or an individual challenge .
500 m swim, 10k cycle and 5k run.
