CranioSacral Therapy is a very gentle, hands-on therapy that is suitable for everyone from Babies and Toddlers to Teens and Adults.

It can help with a variety of conditions, including Colic, Sleeplessness, Re-flux Torticortilus and Feeding Problems in Babies, and Back Pain, Neck Pain, Sinuses, Depression,Anxiety and Stress in Adults.

Mary is a qualified Cranio Sacral Therapist and has been working full-time with Cranio Sacral Therapy since 2002.

She has a passion for alternative forms of healing and previously worked as a massage therapist and yoga instructor. She first discovered Craniosacral as a patient with shoulder pain, and was so impressed with the results she investigated further and decided to train in this field.

She has had great success with babies who have been unable to settle after birth, sometimes for unknown reasons. But Mary works with all ages - her oldest baby is 84 years young!
