My name is Christopher Breen, and I'm currently a 3rd year Strength & Conditioning student in Limerick Institute of Technology (LIT). I am from Tipperary and am 21 years old.

I have participated in numerous sports throughout my life, from GAA and soccer, to more recently kickboxing and weightlifting, and this interest in sport has led me to pursue a career related to sports.
