Hi and thank you for viewing my FB page. I am Joanna Kurylonska, I am a professionally qualified Life Coach. I launched my coaching practice in January 2016. BE MORE is a business based in Limerick offering INDIVIDUAL COACHING SESSIONS, SKYPE SESSIONS, TELEPHONE SESSIONS AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS.

Briefly, a life coach is someone who helps you to reach a particular goal, solve a problem or make a desired change in your life. Coaching facilitates learning about yourself, about things that block you, things that make you tick and much more. During the coaching session, a client has an opportunity to look at her/his life and gain more clarity about what works, what doesn't work and how to change things for better.

My purpose is to help people to find their inner voice, desires, strengths and ways to live the life they wish to live. I work with people who WANT to CHANGE their lives, and are ready to move forward.
Being more for me is when you are happy with yourself, when you have peace in your heart, when you look at your life and say, yes life feels good, it feels really good.
