I work with custom made cakes and cupcakes for any occasion. From design concept to desired flavour, I make the process simple and pleasant. In the end, the costumers can only expect a cake that their guests will love to look at and most importantly love to eat. All cakes, cupcakes and fillings are made from scratch, using fresh, local ingredients from local grocery stores. I most advertise the products on line with my website www.azucarcakes.co.uk
My intention for the future is to achieve more people support to grow the business. As I am graduated in marketing from a Brazilian University everything in the business is made by me, all the flyers design, the branding, advertise, web and graphic designs and website.
The cake decoration sugar pieces are all hand crafted one by one to match with the costumer order and theme.
My idea is to stablish a new line of delicious flavours cakes and cupcakes with the best detailed hand crafted design and try to make the best price possible. From fresh cream jam sponges, to 10 tiers or more luxury wedding cakes I wish to be able to do all in the future.
I grown up in Sao Paulo Brazil, a very big city with 17 millions habitants and I have been studying customer behavior towards desserts, sweets and what they expect from a nice bakery. I know a lot and I would love to bring to Dublin an impeccable customer service with new flavours provided from experienced pastry chefs.
