Class Description :

Hatha Yoga
Relatively gentle, slow yoga and great for beginners or students who prefer a more relaxed style. A System that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (yoga breathing exercises).. all level welcome

Vinyasa Yoga
This type of yoga flows between the traditional static yoga asanas. Vinyasa is about linking the movement of the postures to the breath. Vinyasa yoga gives a lot of importance to the journey between the postures; all levels are welcome to join.

Ashtanga Yoga
This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures—a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.

Universal Yoga
This style of yoga uses cross-mat position where unification, control and balance are key. Creating conscious individual practices with asanas, pranayamas and mudras. Using the principle alignment of Iyenger, practitioners will experience rotation of asanas, stretch and strenghten with balance and four-dimensional vinyasas.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is based on the Taoist concept of yin and yang, opposite and complementary principles in nature. Yin is the stable, unmoving, hidden aspect of things; yang is the changing, moving, revealing aspect (in Yoga, Yang Yoga would be hatha, ashtanga, vinyasa, bikram). Yin Yoga is the counterbalance to the practice of Yang Yoga.

Barre
Barre brings in elements of dance, ballet and Pilates to create an adrenaline-fueled workout that strengthens, lengthens and chisels the body.
Each class features an elegant yet energetic combination of movements that enhance flexibility, improve balance, and challenge the core.
