PRELIMINARY ENTRY
Please be so kind to notify your intention to participate at the competition until the 15th OF DECEMBER, 2017, so we may begin planning for your attendance.

VENUE
The competition will take place at: JÉGPALOTA – ICE HALL
Address: HU-1046 Budapest, Homoktövis u. 1.
JÉGPALOTA (Ice Palace) has two ice rinks, both ice surfaces are 60m x 30m, and both airspace are
heated. The capacity of the venue is 2.000 seats. There is a parking space around the venue.

ISU Events: Senior, Junior, Advanced Novice,
Interclub Events: Adult, Junior B, Mixed Age, Basic Novice, Juvenile, Pre-Juvenile

• ISU Junior & Senior € 450
• ISU Advanced Novice € 400
• Interclub Categories € 400

We will be help you to find the perfect accommodation!
We have several hotels at special rates.

MEDALS & TROPHIES
Special medals will be awarded to the first, second and third places teams. Medals will be presented to all participating teams. Trophies will be presented for the the first placed teams.

PUBLICITY WAIVER
Each individual and/or team, waive any and all rights to financial remuneration or other compensation for the use or reproduction of their image or likeness, or that of their synchronized skating team, and grant permission to use same, as or in publicity prior to, during or following the BUDAPEST CUP 2018, Budapest, Hungary.

TICKETS
Each participating team will be provided with 6 free passes - Team Manager, Coach, Assistant Coach, Medical Person, Team Service Personnel and one for Team Leader - per participating ISU Member.
