• 免運費 (一般工商地址)
• 附加費HK$30 (住宅或偏遠地區—由快遞員向收件人直接收取)

• 運費MYR$75 或SGD$25 (約HK$140)
• 購物滿MYR$780 或SGD$260 (約HK$1,500)即免運費

• 請先聯絡，確定送貨地點，再報運費

購物須知
1. 所有貨品都是專門訂購，須先全數付款。確定收妥貨款後會訂貨
2. 約10-14天寄出，確實時間視乎供應商及衣服種類數量，出貨前會通知客人
3. 如訂購貨品斷貨，將退回全數貨款
4. 交易完成後，訂單不能取消／更改，包括數量，款式、尺碼及顏色
5. 訂貨時，請留意貨品顏色在不同顯示器上可能會有所偏差不同，同時拍攝燈光也會導致照片與實物可能存在一些色差。顏色最終以實物為準。
6. 訂貨時，請留意貨品尺寸，由於手工測量、批次不同或者個人的測量方法標準等原因，實貨可能會有1-4 cm差別
7. 若非原廠品質問題，本店不設退換
8. 收貨後請即檢查，如發現有原廠問題/損壞，或錯款，請於收貨後48小時內，清楚拍下該件商品有問題的部分，連同訂單編號及商品編號，電郵致　theplacehkmysg@gmail.com. 我們將安排換貨、退貨，逾期將不受理（所有換貨、退貨的貨品必須原好及未經穿著使用）。

Shipping fee
1. Hong Kong
• Free (for general commercial/industrial areas)
• Additional fee HK$30 (for residential or remote areas, customer pay to courier company directly)

2. Malaysia / Singapore
• MYR$75 or SGD$25 (around HK$140)
• Free shipping fee if the purchase is over MYR$780 or SGD$260 (around HK$1,500)

Terms & Conditions
1. Full payment should be made. We will process the order once the payment is confirmed to receive.
2. We will dispatch the orders within 10-14 working days. The delivery notification will send to customer.
3. Full payment refund will be made if the order is out of stock.
4. Order cannot be cancelled once it is confirmed. The change of quantity, style, size and color are not accepted for the confirmed order.
5. Products’ color might be slightly different when viewing by various monitors. And the lighting during photographing will also affect the products displayed in the pictures. Kindly refer to the actual product for the color definition
6. Since manual measurement, different batches or individual standard measurement methods and other reasons, each product may be slightly different from your measurement results with 1-4 cm difference.
7. We will not accept exchange / return the goods if it is not because of the manufacturing defect.
8. Customers are recommended to check the goods upon receipt. If there is any quality issue or wrong items, please report to us by email at theplacehkmysg@gmail.com within 48 hours with the followings attached: clear photo of the goods, order number and product code. We will arrange exchange or return the goods. Late submissions will not be accepted (the exchange / return goods should be in the same condition, unwashed, unworn as when it first arrived).
