Chef Kris, seasoned & experienced from living in the Caribbean, brings a variety of flavors and spices from the region. Signature dishes like homemade Jerk Chicken, handcrafted Doubles, Beef Patties, and Bake & Shrimp are served as bar style snacks in the evening, along with other street foods which demonstrate the fusion of cultures in the region.
