Il Milione Bar & Ristorante Italiano brings the best of Italy cuisine to the heart of Hong Kong. Since its opening in 2013, Il Milione has garnered the 2014 Michelin Starred Award, Hong Kong Top 10 Wine Pairing Restaurant Award and Hong Kong Best Restaurant Award.

Named after the fabled book of travels by Marco Polo, Il Milione aims to create an exchange of culinary experiences not unlike the pioneering trade that took place in the 13th century. The star restaurant offers a variety of authentic Italian dishes, many of which are inspired by Umbrian cuisine – a style originating from the landlocked region flanked by Tuscany and Marche, best known for its black truffle, cured meats, and olive oil.

Our culinary team brings together the most premium ingredients into his menus and infuses them with modern techniques. A favourite in his hometown of Molise, the Risotto Special is finished in front of diners and stirred in an aged parmesan wheel, resulting in a unique, freshly infused creamy risotto.

Il Milione’s cocktail bar is not to be missed. Carrying over one hundred permutations of gin and tonic alone, the cocktail bar serves up an impressive array of vintage cocktails, on top of its selection of fine Italian wines. In true aperitivo tradition, hearty Italian dishes are served alongside Il Milione’s renowned “Perfetto” cocktails.
