The Convocation is created in November 2010. All degree graduates of HKUST are its members. A Standing Committee is the executive body of the Convocation.

The 2nd Standing Committee of the Convocation was elected on Mar 23, 2013 during the Annual General Meeting (AGM).The nine elected Standing Committee Members service for a term of 2 years commencing from April 1, 2013.
