The start of a new concept envisioned by both proprietors-Deborah and Friendly CHEUNG. A place where you can come and hand-pick every food products-from specialty butcher cut meats, fresh seafood, organically grown fruits and vegetables, artisan bakery, imported fine wines, farm produced dairy products and many more.

Having returned from Canada some ten years ago, both Deborah and Friendly insist on basic philosophy of sourcing and tasting many different food delicacies from all over the world, finally they decided it was time to combine the years of running Fusion 5th Floor kitchens with great passion for everyday quality meals and create it's very own version of what they've heard about - Hundreds of coffees later, here we are, Fusion Gourmet!

Sharing in their passion for good food, and their belief that food should be good tasting, good price and good value. Whether it's creating meals, cooking lessons, food appreciation courses, wine tasting, or you simply want to spoil yourself with ultimately satisfying everyone's food enjoyment.

They personally hand-pick all suppliers majority from overseas, and most are reputable companies, who've been chosen due to both the quality of ingredients and their ethics-which is key to the success of good food quality.
